Any idea when official answer key will be declared???
ReplyDeleteBesides, looking at cutoffs of different years, I feel KVPY has a hidden rule of not declaring cutoff below 50. [but hopefully it'll be 45, ;-) ]
You are wrong. This year, cut-off is 43 (i.e., below 50) for KVPY SA students.
DeleteOfficial key at KVPY site. Ans to Q63 is wrong
ReplyDeleteanswer to Q.63 is correct for a=2 we have infinite no. of solution
ReplyDeleteanswer to Q58 must be B not (A as given in official key and must be put to notice of officals)
What about for a=1? In that case either x=1 and y=0 or x=0 and y=1.
DeleteThis is also not allowed. Thus no of solutions is 2012, right?
How about if x=1.5 and y=0.5? Then a=2 and it is allowed too.
Deleteyes question 58 is wrong
DeleteExpected cutoff for stream sx?
ReplyDeleteIt won't go that low. I didn't study for it and I am getting 46, and there are others who sincerely study for it. Moreover, one of my friend is getting 75.
