Recently IAPT has declared the Olympiads stage1 results. The
results seem to be controversial since IAPT has not brought any transparency in
declaring the results. Most of the bright students roll nos are missing from
the list released so far. IAPT should declare the marks of all the students who
have appeared in the exam.
On my personal visit to IAPT Pune I tried to reason with the
Prof. M. L. Ogalapurkar but he was not ready to listen. IAPT it seems is has
also cancelled various exam centers. Ironically IAPT is not ready to answer any
of the questions. I will urge parents and students to call officials and ask
the reasons directly.
