HBCSE does not know how to conduct Olympiads

There are plenty of issues which i see with the RMO results and HBCSE authorities need to answer few questions in order to ensure the credibility of this examination

1. As per HBCSE web site it is mentioned 

"It has come to the notice of the National Coordinator that the RMO question were posted on the web prior to the RMO examination on 5th December, 2010. We deeply regret this. The cut-off for selection to the INMO is being adjusted in this context to ensure that deserving students are not affected."

We would like to know what actions have been taken in this regard, why re examination was not conducted, how the formula for revised cut off was adjusted.

2. Result of only greater mumbai region has been declared only what happened to the result of other places and as per point no 1 where HBCSE has admitted that some of the questions were posted on the web before the examination how this would not affected the result of the mumbai region is not understood.

3. As per HBCSE web site it is mentioned that "All school students from Class XI are eligible to appear for the RMO. Students from Class XII may also appear for the RMO, but the number of students selected from Class XII can be at most 6"  where as the students selected from mumbai region from class XII is 65. HBCSE should explain the difference.

4. HBCSE has not disclosed the marks of all the students, no of students appeared, cut off 

All these questions are very important to ensure the credibility of this exam
